October 25, 2018. The City Government of Legazpi in partnership with USAID through E-PESO Project, launched the on-line e-payment services for Legazpi City. Real Property and Business Owners in the City can now pay their  taxes online using ATM credit and debit cards being facilitated by Development Bank of the Philippines and Land Bank of the Philippines.
