SECURING MAYOR’S PERMIT TO OPERATE BUSINESS
Any person whether natural or juridical, desiring to engage in any business in the City of Legazpi shall first secure a Mayor’s Permit from the City government of Legazpi through the Business Permit and Licensing Division – CMO, located at the Business Center, City Hall Compound, Legazpi City. THE BUSINESS ONE-STOP SHOP CENTER (BOSS CENTER)
Permits and Licensing Division commits itself to provide an efficient and effective delivery of services to the business community and the entire Legazpeños through excellence and professionalism. Along this line is our aim to provide a “Business One-Stop Shop Center” for the issuance of Mayor’s Permit to operate business in the City of Legazpi.
Thus, BOSS Center was created to reduce the processing time for issuance of Mayor’s Permit to operate business in Legazpi City and to provide the applicant ease, convenient and immediate business permit issuance hence eliminates red tape. Various Offices involved in licensing are brought together to a common location to deliver integrated business licensing related services to the public from January 1-30 of the year, which is the renewal period. Businessmen who secure/renew their Mayor’s Permit within the said renewal period benefits the services offered by the Business One-Stop Shop Center.
